Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated customer support team via email or our online portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Item
Ensure all furniture is disassembled and placed back into its original packaging, including all hardware and instruction manuals, to ensure a safe transit back to our warehouse.
Schedule a Collection
Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with our specialist furniture couriers to schedule a convenient collection date from your doorstep.
Inspection and Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
